"I have been commuting to the Central Kitsap School District for the past 8 years from Sumner, which is about a 1 and 1/2 hour drive each way. Through the years, this drive has become very old and tiring. Just recently, I realized I no longer wanted to make this commute and decided to buy a home closer to work as an investment and as a place to live during the week. Rich Jacobson was recommended to me by one of my employees as a person who could help me with this purchase. I contacted Rich and in an extremely short period of time I purchased and moved into the perfect place for my needs. Rich was wonderful to work with, took care of all the details of the purchase and was very professional in all aspects of his job. If you are looking to buy a home, I strongly recommend Rich Jacobson of Windermere to help you through that process--you will be glad you did!"

Seabeck Real Estate

Definitely one of my favorites places here on the Kitsap Peninsula is Seabeck WA....

Seabeck has experienced significant growth over the past several years. The popular marina was shut down by the County due to unsafe conditions, but a partnership purchased the property, and has plans underway for a major rennovation in the near future. Many of the adjoining stores are still open for business, including "Barbie's Cafe" a very popular breakfast & lunch spot, Seabeck Pizza, Turie's Seabeck Espresso, Seabeck Landing General Store, and several others.

Many of the homes in Seabeck have stunning Canal or Olympic Mountain views. The public boat launch by Miami Beach is only minutes away, making the clear blue waterways of Hood Canal readily accessible. Try your hand at digging clams, throwing out your crab pot, picking up oysters, or simply combing the areas beaches for driftwood treasures.
